Integrity Administrators, Inc. recognizes that finding the right doctor is very important. The selection of the right doctor can impact the care, treatment, location, flexibility, and services provided. Many benefit plans require you to use a doctor that is a member of the designated Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) chosen by the plan.
Integrity Administrators, Inc. contracts with several PPO organizations throughout the country. To determine which PPO covers you, please refer to your ID card, Summary Plan Description, or Schedule of Benefits. Your PPO should be clearly identified in one of these documents. Once identified, select the appropriate PPO to find a provider.
