COVID-19 UPDATE
A Message to Our Clients,
We recognize that our country, and the world, may have never seen such unprecedented times and circumstances, as the likes of the COVID-19 virus Pandemic. These are times that are filled with uncertainty and concern for all our families, loved ones, and friends. Our hearts go out to each and every one of you that are being affected by this tragedy. But rest assured, we are a strong and resourceful country, and we will come through this together.
However, right now we at Integrity Administrators recognize that you may be working hard just to keep your business moving forward. With this in mind, we want you to know that we are here and committed to helping you the best way we can. For us that way is by providing you with the same excellent services you have come to depend on. For over 23 years we have strived to provide you, our clients, with quality administrative and claims services for your employee benefit plans. We intend to continue to provide you these services throughout this COVID-19 virus Pandemic and thereafter.
Therefore, in response to the COVID-19 situation, we are implementing our Business Continuity Plan – which examines all areas of business operations to ensure that we remain open and prepared to serve you. First and foremost, our plan must ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families. In this way, we can continue to deliver and support the services that your employee benefit plans require.
Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made the decision to have some of our employees, those who can perform their jobs remotely, work from home untill it is deemed safe to return to the office. Other employees will continue to work here at our office doing certain functions that cannot be handled on a remote basis. This will be a limited number of employees and will reduce the in-office employee contact.
Please be assured that you will still be able to contact us by telephone (including our main number and toll-free numbers), email, fax and mail if you need any assistance. Telephone and email remain the most immediate means of communication.
These precautionary measures are not taken lightly, but are necessary to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, to support our employees in this challenging time, and to ensure that we maintain our ability to serve you, our clients, for the long term. Our management team is continuing to monitor the situation so that we can respond as rapidly as possible as conditions evolve.
Please take care and stay healthy. Remember, we are a strong and resourceful country, and we will come through this together.
Sincerely,
Brent G. Jones
President
